Responsibilities

• Assisting with data investigations
• Capture data changes and updates required across business functions
• Logging of relevant calls on JIRA
• Researching relevant topics and compiling communication for this Communicating the data remediation outcomes and results
• This is achieved by putting together reports and visualizations like charts and graphs
• Data quality monitoring and identify gaps across functional processes and trends to improve processes and quality
• Maintain required levels of data quality, accuracy and completeness
• Liaison with both internal and external clients to ensure resolution of data queries

Qualifications

• Matric
• Diploma/Degree in IT or related
